Affectionately known as “Daddy”, Cleo Rapture is a heaven-sent piece of wholesome hellfire. She’s a proud queer woman, and a deity of Pole, Fire and Striptease and Sensuality. A buttery smooth spreader of lust (and legs); she’s force of nature around Australian stages, divinity, and beyond.

 

Cleo was the Float Coordinator for Queer & Gender Diverse Pole Dancers, as part of the 2024 Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras Parade. The float was awarded a 'Special Commendation' at the Parade awards ceremony. They will be returning to the Parade in 2025.

 

Cleo is the resident emcee at Junipero - Oxford Street’s premiere Queer & Lesbian party at The Burdekin. She is a firm fixture in the Australian nightlife scene, and regularly headlines at queer events, cabarets and fundraisers. She is also a timetabled movement instructor at Sydney Pole.

 

‘THE RAPTURE’ is Cleo’s theatrical fusion of circus excellence, autobiographical comedy and heady eroticism. Assisted by an ensemble of queer artists, the show delivers her personal Doctrine of Divine Healing through High Heels. THE RAPTURE features jaw-dropping aerials and sideshow acts to catapult Cleo’s exploration of sapphism, sex work and spirituality.

 

Cleo launched herself onto the international stage in March 2023, touring to London and Manchester (UK), where she performed alongside pole dance royalty Kitty Velour at ‘THE PUSSY PARLOUR CABARET’. Since returning down under, she has toured the Australian festival circuit, including Adelaide Fringe, North Australia Festival of Arts, Sydney Fringe and Newcastle Fringe. Notably, her pole dance prowess appeared in the legendary Wonderland Spiegeltent, and she featured in award-nominated late night rock n roll variety romp ‘WILD SIDE’ and Best Cabaret Show winner ‘RED LIGHT CONFIDENTIAL’.
